Simply THE MOUNTAIN: low and high altitude, in the Alps and the Apennines, on the mountains of the world. The most complete form of expression, on all terrains. Our proposals can be for one day, several days, stages and trips in all seasons. On rock and on snow. On ice and mixed terrain. We pay particular attention to the Mediterranean mountains: Ligurian and Maritime Alps, Apennines, Apuan Alps, which are unique in the European landscape for the beauty of the places and technical challenge.
Between the end of summer and autumn, the mountain seems suspended, undecided between different impulses: the nights are longer but the sun is still strong, the first snow may appear on the highest peaks, the refuges close forcing longer approaches that suddenly make these mountains, so close to the Mediterranean, even more isolated and secluded. The ridges we propose are of great interest both from an environmental and technical point of view and offer excellent mountaineering preparation in always very stimulating contexts.
Cresta delle Panne (Valle Tanaro), Rocche del Bistè & Punta Emma (Marguareis), Cresta NO Rocca dell'Abisso (ValleVermenagna). Even a little further from the Ligurian Alps we can climb some very interesting ridges: Punta Udine (Monviso), Pelvo d'Elva (valle Maira), Catena delle Guide (Valle Gesso)

The ascent to M. Rosa by definition, long but not difficult, allows access to the highest refuge in the Alps and to the third highest peak of the M. Rosa massif. Breathtaking views and environments for a climb of great mountaineering satisfaction.
Difficulty: Easy (F+), Physical effort: 4, Two-day hike from 3215 to 4556 m. Period: until October 10
A short distance from the Torino Hut with relatively easy but never simple access (we are still on glaciers, some of which are very crevassed), in the heart of the Mont Blanc massif, the beautiful ridges of the Aiguilles Marbrées (3508 m) and the Aiguille d'Entreves (3604 m) offer beautiful mixed routes (at the beginning of the season) or rock routes, with classic difficulties (max III+) ideal for a first approach to classic high-altitude mountaineering and moving together on a rope. These are two ridges that can worthily fill a beautiful full weekend and prepare you for more substantial challenges!
EVERY DAY (ON REQUEST from JUNE to OCTOBER)
A mighty and wild mountain. It dominates the basin of the city of Aosta and despite this proximity, it is little frequented and very severe. The recent via ferrata on the West ridge (on the right in the photo) partly follows a historic mountaineering route and allows for a wide-ranging and very varied itinerary with a return via the normal route on the solitary southern slope. A destination not to be missed for the trained hiker, used to long crossings on the edge of mountaineering.
Upcoming dates: on request according to mountain conditions (until October 10)
The Maritime Alps are only a few dozen kilometers from the noisy affluence of Monte Carlo, yet they offer all the ingredients for quality mountaineering. Walls, ridges, small but comfortable refuges located in wild valleys that are never too easy to reach. A great Natural Park that for several decades has protected an unrivaled mix of alpine landscape and Mediterranean light. We offer courses and ascents in the Gesso Valley starting from the Bozano and Remondino Refuges, in the Argentera massif where the formidable Corno Stella is one of the landmark mountains of the entire Alpine Arc. But we can also take you to less famous and noble, yet equally rewarding, objectives...
Weekend at the Remondino Refuge to get acquainted with classic rock mountaineering, for which the Maritime Alps are an inexhaustible reservoir of possibilities at every technical level.
First date: July 4-5, 2021 - other dates on request call for info
A true mountaineering ascent, long and complex but also accessible to beginners as long as they are well trained. Monviso is an isolated and powerful mountain where a piece of Piedmontese mountaineering history was written. The route starts from the Sources of the Po, at the bucolic Pian del Re. The Normal Route is a great introductory route, while the E ridge is a must for the more experienced mountaineer, with many sections of interesting climbing.
Difficulty: Not Very Difficult (PD-, Fairly Difficult (AD-) the E ridge), Physical effort: 4/5, Two-day hike from about 2600 to 3841 m. Period: until September 25.
A great climb on a great wall. One of the most beautiful Dolomite mountains, seemingly inaccessible, but Paul Gromhann managed at the end of the 19th century to find a solution to reach the summit. Even today, it remains a complex ascent, long and with all the ingredients of the Dolomite classic. Accessible to many, it is a great route to start your journey as a Dolomite climber!
